Amazing Value for this Versatile Knife!
After buying a Dalstrong Shogun series slicer, and two sets of their Shogun steak knives, this Boning/Breaking knife seemed to be a good addition for me. Purchased for trimming briskets, I have also found it excellent for slicing steaks & sashimi, and even carving roast chicken. Highly recommend.
