I use the salted gems too make espresso bean chocolates. So simple and everyone loves them. Just one 3.5 oz bag of gems and 4 tablespoons of coffee bean grinds . I use whole coffee beans and grind them, but don’t over grind. Melt chocolates in a double boil pot then stir in coffee grinds, then pour into molds and refrigerate. So quick and easy🙂

Not sure what I expected but I was pleasantly surprised. There was three flavors and all are very tasty. I think it is a little pricey but I am enjoying and will order again and again assuming I have $$$.

So, I've been ordering both the mint and the plain snacking chips for a little while now. Got the husband hooked too. Sadly, my last order of the mint snackity chips arrived "short". There was just one bag, instead of the normal three. I contacted Amazon who sent the "issue" directly to the kind folks at Hu. Guess what, they immediately responded and within a couple of days, I...errrr, um, I mean WE had our replacement bags. Great company and great chocolates. If you're on the fence, just give 'em a try. They're fantastic.

These are SO AMAZING! I especially love the mint. The chocolate tastes GOOD- not fake. Do yourself a favor and just add to cart. HU gems are helping me stick to my fitness goals.

Love this company. The product was delivered in a temp controlled box in the dead heat of summer. All the chocolate in pristine condition, and very yummy.
