This has a very authentic taste and the seeds look well graded. They are a good size seed and taste great! A nice firm crunch without the bother of having to shell them. I make my own mix of dried fruits, seeds, and oats to munch on during the day. These make a nice combination with my Sunflower seeds, raisins, oats, etc. to make a nice granola-type snack.People are just now discovering the amazing health benefits of pumpkin seeds. They have anti-cancer properties, help lower blood sugar, and are very high in Magnesium, Zinc, and other beneficial minerals, which improve sleep quality.

The only local option for pumpkin seeds, bland but feels healthy so go ahead and order. You can always roast it slightly and sprinkle your own fresh masala.Need more options in pumpkin seeds snacks though!Better value for money than tong garden although that's tasty and addictive. (Maybe not super healthy)

Didn't know this seed is available in MNC sachets. Came across this item while searching for some other seeds. Used to eat roasted pumpkin seeds in my village days in childhood. This roasted seeds are good to eat too.

Edit: I purchased this @ Rs 149/ 250gm, now it's insanely priced @Rs 369/ 250gm. Not value for money anymore. Reducing 2 stars for it.Earlier I was having True elements roasted pumpkin seeds but those were too roasted this one is perfectly roasted and it tastes fresh.I generally don't write reviews but this one was too good.
