These are labeled as SHOP TOWELS folks
UPDATE Feb 2024- I still buy these regularly. I buy a pack of 150 approx. every six months. I have never had any major issues (loose threads here and there). This is still one of the best deals on simple towels for everyday use. I have never had one disintegrate on me. The only reason they are ever thrown away is from being stained too much to keep using (usually last at least five washings). Again, reminder that these are 100% cotton and will need to be washed before using. They will not absorb until they are washed (that is the nature of thin 100% cotton). I highly recommend these for cheap rags that get the job done!!I'm confused by the negative reviews on here. These are labeled specifically as shop towels... I feel like that is exactly what they are. The complaints about loose threads, thin, coming apart, product not being as advertised- do we not know what shop towel means?? I also believe the color purchased plays a factor in longevity. Colored fabric will naturally not stand up as well to use due to the stress involved with the dye process, so with cheaper cotton I buy white.I have ordered these 3 different times so far, and I have no complaints. I am able to get multiple uses out of each towel before throwing away (always thrown away due to staining from cleaning, not wear). I use these for everything. As is the case with any thin 100% cotton product- the more you wash them the more absorbent they will be. These will NOT absorb anything directly out of the package, they need to be washed first. If I am able to, I wash them at least twice before I use them. There is a good amount of lint output in the first wash/dry (only seen in the dryer lint screen), but it drops down significantly after that. I have not experienced any lint residue while cleaning or using as napkins. These become fluffier, softer, and the cotton appears more closely knit together with each wash (this cotton is from Pakistan, which is known for having good quality cotton products). If you are looking for towels that are perfectly made and last a long time, you should expect to pay a lot more than what these cost. I paid $35 for 150 towels, which is $.23 each... What exactly are people's expectations from a towel that is less than a quarter dollar?? You get what you pay for, and in my opinion these are well worth the price. Thank you for making such a nice product at an affordable price!! I will continue to buy for my cleaning needs as long as they are available.

repeat purchase
I just bought these for a second time. The first time was in 2020. Our household used these towels for everything from kitchen to pet messes. They work great for cleaning up any kind of mess. What's even better is they're cheap enough that if the mess is too gross, you can just toss them and grab another. These saved a TON of money in not purchasing paper towels, not to mention the savings on the environment. They're not overly soft but they do stand up wonderfully to repeated washes. They do great absorbing liquids. They're also great as scrubbing cloths.

A great value price, but they are to thin or should I say extremely lightweight.

Great product to buy in bulk.
They're a bit on the thin side for my liking but they do the job. I saw some reviews stating to wash and dry these prior to use to thicken them up. This did work but it created a huge mess. So much material came off these rags that it was left behind in my washing machine (who knows how much got sucked in my drain) and it not only filled the lint trap of my dryer but overflowed into my dryer and outlet pipe. I had to vacuum it all out. Not a good idea to do this at home. Maybe go to a public laundromat.

Don't Buy.
I normally don't review things but I will for this hot mess.First off, my goal is to have something for towels and dish clothes that arent disposable. Yes I know this is normally for machine/auto shops. But these are literal trash - and that's being rude to trash. The moment they are opened: Deteriorating all over the floor; washed them and still falling apart everywhere.I get that there is super cheap stuff. But there is a difference between cheap crap vs useless garbage.I got a 24 pack set of another brand of the same type of thing: 1000% better and cost cheaper.I sorted them to see if I could save any to use for cleaning. So I guess that's a positive: I can use some for cleaning until they dissolve all over the floor.

Nice white cleaning cloths
I made a mistake, thinking they would be thicker. But they do work pretty well, as I am trying to be economical and avoid paper towels waste. They aren’t that awful red shop towels we usually find. These are great for windows and bathroom cleaning. Recommend these.

We use these as shop towels
We use these as shop towels and for that purpose they are great. They are not soft like bathroom washcloths. They are not absorbent like bathroom washcloths. But they don't have to be because that is not what we use them for. We use them for wiping down equipment and tools and general cleaning and for that they are super economical and perfect for what we needed. Would definitely buy these again.

good set of rags
These are rags, not towels. They are low quality rags that are good for cleaning, disposible if they get too stained to clean.I bought them so i can sortof replace papertowel for household cleaning. These are not as good as quality as the rags that we used at mcdonalds (they were the same thin-ness, but no fraying and not different size cuts), these rags have lint coming off, they have loose strings on the ends, they are cut in odd rectangle shapes, and a few have slight stains on them already. But these are for cleaning, and they will do their job cleaning and being washed to use again.I can see why they say "hand wash" and " no bleach" because machine wash and bleach will probilly tear them to pieces lol, but i will still do both haha. They are a little less quality then i hoped, but still doable and for the price you cant beat it. Made in pakistan
