Used more than a year, never face any issues.

The product is good for its price but one of the two remotes won't work and cannot even open to replace battery.

I bought this late last year. Stopped working after a few days. The transmitter and receiver were in adjacent rooms. The receiver does not ring 8 out of 10 ten times and then suddenly will ring even when the transmitter is not pressed. Don't be fooled by its looks, it is a very badly made product. Too bad I did not return it on time. I am stuck with a dud.

Product is good but not water proof. Rain water insert in the bell push button and not working. Seller says it's a water proof product.

Its best suited for bed ridden old people as they can ask for help with just one press of a button. Range is pretty good.

1. One of the two Transmitters does not work / works intermittently.2. Fragile and sub-standard for the cost of the item.3. On power failures, the selected ring tone is erased.

I have installed in the second door and it works perfect and inlove the different tunee we have fun with....
