it works exactly as described. I prefer the PS controller for fighting games. I think the xbox d pad is terrible. Very easy setup. Just plug it into your xbox, attach the ps controller via usb cord, it will register the controller and it is ready for wireless use within minutes. I have had no issues with it so far. Input is responsive.
