These are quite ineffective. Compared to other enzyme supplements I have used, this one is no better than rice flour. Taking 3 or even 4 of them at a time has no noticable effect.

I hv Been using this since 1 month it doesn't worked for me

I was confused when read through reviews for this .. but at this price point I could not find any other with many buys / reviews ... I'm consuming it one before breakfast, and it works as expected, reduced bloating, increased appetite ... Yes it does look like probiotic formula or fine grinded sugar but i feel this is how it should look like ... Dont know why others finding it as a problem ... May be different body types get different response for these enzymes .. not sure ... Hopefully it continues to work for me ...

I used it for 2 months, but couldn't find any improvement. Will switch to my previous suppliment which gave better results than this.
