Very bad experience, Not worthy. Remote is very slow, always hanging. Cheap quality products. The seller is misguiding to the customers. They are selling bad quality products and charging full amount. This message should share everyone.

Voice instructions have to be connected to the TV every time
The remote is working fine, but the remote gets disconnected from the TV for voice instructions. It does not stay connected to the TV forever.

Its work fine and they give very good voice call support. i got the voice integrated remote for my tcl tv....

Voice command function. Not working.
My tcl tv and new remote not able to pair. While my old remote still able to pair with tv. So this new remote is a defective and hence returned back and initiated refund.

Average product.
I like it was same as TCL remote, but does not like the back side where the battery is, very hard to open it.
