I followed instructions closely, but the fact is that it doesn’t lay flat; it pops up so that there’s about a 2 - 3 mm gap between it at the panel. Unfortunately, this makes it obvious that I’ve put a fake plastic panel since it stick out.I wish I could return it but since I already used the stickers I don’t think I can.I wish I would have bought the decals instead. They wouldn’t provide as much protection, but at least it wouldn’t look cheesy due to the gap.I don’t know if my picture conveys it — the top part of the plastic is sort of bowed / arched / does not lay flat against the panel. Therefore, it looks as though that piece is broken and the car is falling apart!

Awful product, cheap aluminum, and the edges with terrible finishing and sharp.Absolutely rubbish please don't waste your money.

Mazda should have used these when they built the car - PERFECT fit and looks really nice. However, if they would have used a thicker and wider 3M tape then it would work better. Had to pull out a little of my own to get it to stick right but it looks so good that I'm not even complaining.My only question is why this company doesn't make other interior peices with this same material? I would love to use it on my dash and doors too.

This is a perfect fit on my Mazda CX 5 . Stuck down very firmly.

Looks good, great fit, really adds to overall look of the console area. Very pleased.
