I bought these headphones months ago because I needed them for work. I bought 2 one for me and one for someone else however yesterday I decide that it was time to use mine and the headphones fell apart in the package the logo part came off and the cord was separated from the piece u put in ur ear. I reached out to the seller and this was the response I got: With all due respect these headphones were purchased months ago and are no longer eligible for return or replacement.I will never purchase from this seller again. The headphones were supposedly brand new n fell apart like garbage.

Yeeeeeah... like some of the other reviews mentioned, these are trash. Even listening to people talk on youtube videos is enough to make this weird completely obviously present overtone of their voice.... I'm assuming these area knock off but I got no idea where to get the real samsung headphones. Oh well. I think I'll just buy a decent 30-50$ pair of earbuds next time.I also think the left side audio is quieter than the right, perhaps I got some earwax in that ear but unlikely lol, I had to turn up the left channel to 30 where the right channel is at 15 just for it to feel right.I'm pretty disappointed, the button works to pause my music on my galaxy S8 though, if that's what you're interested in. turns up / down the volume too.

Looks like the headphones, but sound quality does not sound like it.
I own the original pair of AKG headphones from my Samsung Galaxy S9. Those are amazing. I just wanted to get them in white. The quality of the headphones they provided me was awful. Scratchmarks on the earbuds, the wires are super tangled, more than I would have desired, and the sound quality is not as good as the original AKG buds that samsung provides the purchasers of their phones.
