Thank you for your question. It is not the same as aspertame. Mivolis contains another kind of sweetener. Ingredinents: Sweeteners sodium cyclamate, acidity regulator sodium bicarbonate, acidulant sodium citrate, sweetener sodium saccharin, LACTOSE.

I have not used these yet I,got these in Europe. Squeeze the container and the sweetener should drop out the side or bottom.
