My biggest pet-peeve on leg-day was trying to find a comfortable approach to my hip-thrusts. Though I used the pads the gym offered, they were never thick or long enough to stop the barbell from grinding into my hip-bones. I resorted to folding a yoga mat and placing it on my lap. Needless to say, it's hard to focus on proper form when you're bracing from bruising :(Iron Bull's protective pad did the trick! The pad fits perfectly and prevented any nasty bruises or discomfort (even when using heavyweight!) Glad I made the impromptu investment.Pros:-Fits perfectly into my gym bag and is light-weight-The flashy pink colour is eye-catching enough so that I don't accidentally leave it behind-Sits well on the contours of my shoulders (for squatting) and lower stomach (for hip-thrusting)-Less worry in terms of germ spread, as opposed to using and sanitizing the gym's publicly available padsCan't yet comment on the quality (in terms of durability and washability) as mine has only been used for about two weeks' worth of leg sessions. Still, the quality seems promising.Bottom-line: My co-worker and I both regularly use and love our pad! Would recommend to anyone who wants added comfort and ease during their workout!

Product works Amazing. Sits comfortably on your shoulders. Wish they had this product 40 years ago, would have saved myself some compressed discs in my neck. Actually, didn't think this product would work, but I've been using a standard squat pad and still had neck pain. Was willing to spend a few bucks and take the risk. Am glad I did. Just finished four sets of Squats, everything went great. Bar and pad sat comfortably on my shoulders. No pain. No pad slippage. Very satisfied. Had one of those "Damn, where has this product been all my life" moments. Highly recommend. And Iron Bull makes a quality product.

très bon produit j'avais hésiter au début et j'en avais acheté un autre plus classique (mais plus cher) mais qui au final sur les haussements de bassin faisait très mal au niveau de la barre de charge j'ai donc commandé celui ci et il est très bien je le recommande plus de douleur gros confort dans l'utilisation
