This Swiss made Victorinox Knife rec'd in Mid August, The Sharpness is Superb, Product Quality is very good, Blade length is Medium, Thickness of blade is not Much, It can cut fruits and vegetables, with ease due to excellent Sharpness, blade has Serrated edge, I doubt if it can be used for Heavy Duty work, Overall Blade Sharpness is excellent, Product quality Very Good.
