Very nice unit. Smooth action.
Worked great. Used for a home-made whole house fan. Smooth action, foam sealed for the butterfly, although not sealed in the middle. Tight gap but can still see daylight. Then again, you need it to open so.... Very happy with unit.

Arrived in perfect condition. Constructed out of heavier gauge steel than I expected. Expensive but a good purchase.
