Very useful and versatile product, cannot go wrong with 13 ports!

Bought this to use at work so easier when using my laptop to connect. Very light and good price. So far so good. Plenty of connections to use

I have purchased and used these and it is working fine. Its getting hot after long use but it think its part of the usage.

This item was great. Until it stopped working after two months. It now just gets really hot and things plugged into will not work. Very disappointing. Return window has closed so nothing I can do.

Fantastic range of functionality for home working set up with various ports. Worked really well and was really pleased until after 6 months one of the HDMI ports failed. With 2 screens this was the main reason for having the docking station making it redundant. Was good value until i needed a new one so quickly.

I read the reviews before buying and although some of them were very positive, there was this constant about some ports just dying, mostly HDMI. So, after a couple of months, one HDMI died. I’m still okay tho because I could switch to Display port in one monitor. Then after that, one usb port died and I had to go back to an old (but reliable) Lenovo usb dong for keyboard/mouse/audio setup. Anyway, I bought this to solve my main issue, which was a smoother switch from work laptop to personal laptop, but this device here doesn’t work well with my Dell G5, so my main problem wasn’t solved with this. Maybe I’ll suck it up and buy the Dell Thunderbolt dock station.

The media could not be loaded.  This docking station provides all the ports most of us would probably need if we are working from home or on the move. I like particularly the USB C port that allows you to charge your device whilst the docking station is in use. I don't use all the 'types' of ports on a daily basis but it's so good to have the variety for those occasions when they're needed. E.g. The VGA port gives me that connectivity if I find myself on a site that just has VGA connections, or if I really want the certainty of a good internet connection the ethernet is invaluable. 4 USB connections does give you added luxury, e.g. mouse and keyboard are essential, but you could charge your phone, ear pods etc at the same time.All in all a neat bit of kit. Looks-wise, I like it. It has a sharp clinical design and the fluted texture for 2 thirds of the top gives it a nice bit of interest. The green light that comes on when it's plugged in I wouldn't say is essential, however it's a nice little touch which gives it an additional 'techy' feel.

I bought this to use with my HP elite laptop in conjunction with an Acer 4k monitor and MSI 34 inch wide-screen monitor both in extension mode in windows via hdmi. I also purchased a usb c power cable and 100w pd charger so that laptop charges at same time. All works great.

Alla portar funkar för mig men tyvärr ingen av HDMI-portarna. Får bara meddelandet ”Ingen signal” på skärmen. Har provat olika kablar utan resultat

Perfekt für unterwegs

I like the 13-in-1 docking station. I use it for my Thinkpad T14 Gen2 with two monitors, wired internet, USB -keyboard, -mouse and -speaker. Also tested it on my girlfriends new Lenovo Ideapad 5 and it works like a charm. One thing though, when I use the USB C charger from the thinkpad in the dock for power delivery, my LG 27GL650F-B HDMI connection 1 starts to show snow. However, I can still charge it with the second USB C port on my laptop, so still workable.

Die Dockingstation funktioniert einwandfrei mit meinem Firmen-Laptop unter Windows 10 Pro.Mit meinem privaten Laptop mit Windows 11 Home funktionierte im ersten Ansatz alles bis auf die HDMI-Anschlüsse. Außerdem erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung, dass der Strom für die HODO-Dockingstation nicht reichen kann. Das liegt nicht an der Hardware. Denn der Laptop funktioniert an einer anderen Dockingstation einwandfrei. Windows 11 Home scheint noch nicht ausgereift zu sein und ist noch nicht kompatibel zu mancher externer Hardware. Nach dem letzten Windows Update kam zwar immer noch die gleiche Fehlermeldung, aber die HODO-Dockingstation hat nach dem Update soweit ich es getestet habe funktioniert. HODO hat auf meine Fragen umgehend geantwortet. Der Service war vorbildlich. Ich habe daher meine Bewertung von 2 auf 4 Sterne hochsetzen können.

Erstmal vorweg bin ich mit dem 12 in 1 USB 3.0 HUB von HODO bezüglich Verarbeitung / Stabilität und Handhabbarkeit sehr zufrieden. Gekauft hatte ich ihn, weil ich mir eine geringere Betriebstemperatur als von dem vorher gekauften nur halb so großen 9 in 1 HUB für etwa 50 Euro versprochen hatte. Dies traf leider nicht zu, beide Geräte haben im mehrstündigen Betrieb eine Oberflächentemperatur von etwa 40 bis 41 Grad Celsius. Die Innentemperatur der Bauteile liegt schätzungsweise 5 bis 10 Grad höher. Wie sich das auf die Langzeit-Haltbarkeit des Hubs auswirkt kann ich nicht einschätzen. Warum beide Hersteller nicht auf die Idee gekommen sind hier Lüftungslöcher oder -schlitze vorzusehen kann ich nicht verstehen. Der etwa 70 Euro teure HODO USB HUB hat bei mir ein anderes Problem gelöst. Mit dem etwa 20 Euro günstigeren 9 in 1 HUB von MOKIN hatte ich an einem HDMI Splitter das Problem, dass das Bild an dem angeschlossen Monitor abwechselnd schwarz wurde und wieder aufhellte. Der größere HUB von HODO scheint ein stärkeres oder stabileres Signal an den Splitter zu geben. Damit ist es mir möglich die drei angeschlossenen Geräte im Dauerbetrieb angeschlossen zu lassen ohne ständig am Monitor das Kabel zu tauschen, was sicher der HDMI Buchse zugute kommt. Beide HUBs funktionieren bei mir an einem Arbeits-Notebook ThinkPad X13 Gen 2 Magnesium Chassis mit zwei zusätzlichen Full HD Monitoren und einer Funk Maus/Tastatur Kombination zuverlässig. Gelegentliche Aussetzer der Tastatur scheinen eher an der Funkverbindung zu liegen, da hatte ich mit einer anderen Funk Maus/Tastatur Kombination noch größere Probleme, dort setzte das Signal ständig aus. Wem das zu heikel ist kann ja mit kabelgebundenen Maus und Tastaturkombinationen arbeiten, USB Anschlüsse sind genug da. Die vielen USB Anschlüsse und der VGA Ausgang sind eine schöne Dreingabe, aktuell benutze / benötige ich sie aber nicht. Ein nice to have oder haben ist besser als brauchen. Geradezu genial ist die PowerDelivery Funktionalität, die mir erlaubt das Netzteil des Notebooks anzuschließen und darüber das Notebook permanent mit Strom zu versorgen. Man kann narürlich auch den Akku leer laufen lassen und im laufenden Betrieb bei kritischem Akkustand wieder anschließen. Dabei ist mir allerdings das Bildsignal weggebrochen, ich musste die USB C Peitsche des Hubs kurz vom Notebook abziehen und dann wieder anstecken, dann war das Bildsignal wieder da.Langzeiterfahrungen kann ich leider nicht mitteilen, da ich beide Hubs keine zwei Monate im Betrieb habe. In der Zeit aber keine Probleme mit der Stabilität / Zuverlässigkeit.
