No issues!
Mine came in perfect! Did the ls7 upgrade to my ctsv and I heard all of the shipping horror stories and rolled the dice anyways. No damage or shipping issues whatsoever! Clutch has been in for about 3 months now and shift flawlessly! I have minor upgrades to the car and suspect the hop to be slightly over stock but this clutch can handle up to the 700’s no problem!

Terrible packing!
Once again the packing materials were insufficient! Thankfully everything looks to be intact. I was nervous because I’ve heard a lot of people say the slave boots are ripped when opening the box and I can see exactly why. Shipping was quick and again thankfully the carrier was carful with the box. Product is specific to my application so no issues there and good price.PUT SOME DAMN PACKING MATERIAL IN THE BOX!

I am in disbelief with this product.
Let me start by saying, I originally ordered an LuK clutch package from a different seller that had the clutch disc, pressure plate, slave cylinder with hose and throw out bearing, alignment tool, pilot bearing, AND flywheel. The quality of all of the items were top notch. I returned it though because I saw this listing on Amazon for the same clutch kit minus the fly wheel for much cheaper, although I did order the fly wheel separately since Amazon had that cheaper as well.Upon receiving the clutch package and separate fly wheel, it was immediately clear that the packaging was subpar. However, I didn't realize how subpar it was until I opened the box. You can see in the picture that there was virtually NO packaging inside the box to keep things from moving around or getting damaged. The pressure plate thankfully was not as marked up as some of the other reviews of this product show, but the marks it does have from the shipping process still have me worried.Also another thing to note, the quality of the slave cylinder in this package is not at all what I was expecting. The slave I received in the clutch package I mentioned above was completely metal, but the one in this package seems to be some kind of plastic but still has metal fittings. Mind you, both clutch packages were LuK packages. Which I also have another problem with because in a question someone asked above about this product, the manufacturer answered and said the part number for the slave is LSC449. But when you look up that part number, the slave is clearly made of metal and even has a GM logo on it (LuK makes the OEM clutches for GM manual vehicles). The slave I received with my clutch package does not have the GM logo on it.Overall I am completely disappointed with this clutch package, and I am going to be VERY upset if I have to completely disassemble the rear end on my Corvette again if I have issues with any part of this kit.

Can't recommend this clutch kit
This clutch kit came with everything needed to install on my 05 CTS-V. The pressure plate was 14 grams out of balance and made my car vibrate like crazy. I ended up having to pay to have the clutch taken out and balanced, and it's still not correct. I now know why this kit was $250 while everything else is $500.

Will work on Chevy SS sedan
Works great with a 2016 Chevy SS. Be sure to change the flywheel at the same time. LS7 clutch only works with LS7 flywheel. The slave cylinder needed modification to install on a Chevy SS. There is a notch on the tranny that the slave has to fit over just right. nothing a Dremel can't fix. Plus I switched my dual mass flywheel for the single mass flywheel. I highly recommend doing that as well.

Nice clutch kit
Great LS7 clutch. Put in my 2006 CTS-V no issues. Also got the LUK LS7 flywheel. All seem nice and work great. Super affordable also. My car is about 450 rwhp and holds great with this clutch so far.

Installed on a 05 CTSV
Install was like easy for me. Break in was 500-600 miles of highway/street driving to go through the proper heat cycle. Have about 4500 miles on the clutch now. 4/5 stars

Received without any damage.
Installed into 1st generation CTSV. This is a must have upgrade. Light years better than the factory dual mass boat anchor. Along with the Creative Steel shifter and linkage bits, shifts like a champ and absurdly better than the OEM setup
