I don’t think that would work so well, the wood may split in the wrong place and the edges could be pretty sharp- and they’re pretty small. I think they would work as butter spreaders as is.

This will not fit in an eye-dropper jar. It is as wide as a thumb at least.

3 3/4 inches is the actual measurement.
