Well, I received this product and the bag was open. I contacted Amazon customer service and they sent out a replacement right away that arrived in good order. I recieved the 2 lbs as promised and have used it to make some absolutely awesome solid bubble bath and foaming bath salts. Highly recommend!

Disaster in a box
Product did not make it to me in one piece. Could not send back had to buy another. These are pretty expensive for mistakes like this to happen

Bag arrived leaking product
Bag had a hole in it. Product was leaking. Had to immediately re-bag to prevent product loss, and harmful particles in the air.

Broken powder everywhere
This was a terrible order, package smashed and powder everywhere, everyone was coughing. Also only sent 1 pack when I was charged for 2 . I need refund.

Not as expected..
I just needed this ingredient to make fizzy bath salt. It's makes the mix bubble, fizz and works well with fragrance oils.

Bag is not sealed
Product is very fine, bag opened in package and contents spilled out everywhere. Makes you cough alot. Be careful when opening.
