I purchased this based upon the excellent reviews. Oh how disappointed I am! I purchased the correct size as per their measurements and I wore it, as recommended, for a couple of hours at first but felt nothing….not even a mild ache like it was pulling my terrible posture into the correct alignment. I thought that when I removed the shirt I would feel something then, but it didn’t feel any different. So the next day I wore it for 10 hours, and I still didn’t feel any difference! Obviously now I can’t return it as I’ve worn it, so there’s £80 down the drain!! Don’t waste your money….the only thing this shirt is good for is sucking in your gut!!

Having both suffered from lower back pain for a number of years, I purchased Active Posture shirts 2.0 for myself and my partner after a friends recommendation.The shirts look like sports training tops and I would personally wear primarily as an undergarment given how they cling to the body to allow the support technology to work.We have both been genuinely amazed at the effectiveness of the shirts and will be purchasing more. The support technology around the lower back stimulates muscle use that wouldn’t normally occur with normal clothing which has definitely helped to ease pain and stiffness throughout the day, which was exactly why we made the purchase.It is worth noting however that the first couple of times you wear the shirt it feels like you have undertaken specific lower back exercises so it is probably best to wear them in before wearing for a full day to get used to the feeling the extra support gives you.Top product and so pleased to have found out about it and be able to fully recommend.

I have to confess I was rather sceptical when I bought it, but six months on I cannot speak highly enough. I still get the occasional back twinge, but it is no exaggeration to say that my back feels 100 times better the last few months and I can only conclude that wearing these shirts have played a big part in this.
