Life Saver Pool Fence Replacement Deck Cap Solar Lights, 6 Pack

These were perfect fillers for our former pool fence holes. As another reviewer said, you must need to lift the cover to turn them on, and then they are good to go. They work great, light up nicely at dusk and make a nice perimeter around the pool so you know where the pool is about to start in the dark, though are a little raised so do get knocked around a bit. BUT, much as I love these lights, I took a star off because the connectors and components really are cheap and nasty. Two months after purchase only four of six are working. You end up having to push on the wiring to get the connectors to light the bulb, but after a few times of doing that the connections get too loose. But I guess if they had decent connectors and wiring they'd cost a lot more. Ended up just buying a second set to fill in the ones that died...

These do what they are advertised to do. I'm just not sure how long they're going to last. The rubber ring included with the product is not adequate to keep moisture out of these lights. On occasions, I've had a light not turn on in the evening, and checked on it to see the interior clouded with moisture. After opening and drying out the interior, it works, but this can not be good for the device.During winter months of daylight, the lights stayed on for about 2 hours. On summer sunny days, the lights have been lit up for over 4 hours at night.These do what they were advertised to do, and none have failed completely, yet. All have rust built up inside from the moisture that seeps in. I've had these for 9 months, and I'm unsure they would last another 9.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Batteries were a little weak and replaced them which made more light and were longer lasting. Added a nice nighttime effect.

These things are a really cool way to decorate where the child fence post holes are on the pool deck when the fence isn't up. They are pretty bright and last a long while after dark - my only complaint is that they are a little flimsy and that you have to take them apart to turn the switch on when you get them (and there are no instructions to tell you that). I have 30 of them around my pool...

These look really good at night however there's a few downfalls to this product.1. They come with no instructions2. They seem to be cheaply made so I'm not expecting them to last long.3. A few of them came with loose cables which I had to fix.NOTE: if you buy these and install them know that the clear top is screwd on and to turn on the internal switch prior to installing them

These lights look great when they work. Have found that a few of the battery cases will come loose which prevents the battery from making contact. You just have to pick it up and tighten it again. After a couple weeks they seem to settle and work without further intervention. We've not had a problem with people stepping on them and severing the heads. It is a pandemic, so we haven't been entertaining either.

Quality is poor and it breaks apart with seal very quickly. Especially if someone steps on it. Requires a lot of sunlight to charge the battery sufficiently otherwise light stays on only for a hour or so.

It's nice to have pool lights, solar is great. But these are flimsy, the caps fall off, and the electronics are not soldered well - I've already had to re-solder joints.
