A beautiful way to start and end the day
I’m currently on a journey to fully shift my mindset and become a better human being. I look forward to starting my day by checking in with myself in my positivity journal. It really helps me to set a grateful/positive tone for the day, and helps me to feel grounded each morning. I’ve also included the positivity journal in my evening routine. Each day of using it, I’m gaining more clarity, increased awareness, confidence, and a higher sense of purpose. This is my go to journal. I absolutely love it!

I’ve always wanted to journal, but never really stuck with it because the process seemed too tedious and time-consuming, or I didn’t know what to write in my journal. This 3-Minute Positivity Journal has been absolutely perfect for me and I have been using it consistently for the past couple of months.In just 3-minutes in the morning and 3-minutes in the evening, this format has been a game changer to starting and ending my day on a positive note.The inspirational quotes and writing prompts make it easy so I never get writers block. And the habit of writing out affirmations and daily goals is really powerful. I love the end of the day practice as well because it gives me the opportunity to reflect on my day and accomplishments and end with gratitude. I am so happy I tried this journal. An Important Read
I read and religiously used The 3 minute Positivity Journal. Positivity. Happiness. Joyfulness. Deciding to wake up joyful...that's a choice I have made from reading the journals. Reading those journals, along with other books...have really helped me through a difficult time. And I love the Instagram posts.

Positivity Workbook
At first, I thought it was just a worthless money maker workbook. But I forced myself to actually start journaling in the book every day and I can honestly say, it is changing my life, my health, and how I feel every day. It very much relieves stress and very much boosts my energy and desire to enjoy life, socialize, do something new and to be grateful. This process of thinking positively is changing my physical body and health and sleep! A surprise.. So I feel physically and mentally better. Give it a try.

Really all you need to start your day is 3 minutes 😊
I read the first few pages to learn what this journal has to offer! Truly all you need is 3 minutes a pen and your journal. I love daily quotes. I also love everything about the set up in his journal and the way it makes me feel throughout the day. Before I started this journey on journaling I would feel sluggish and sad and now I feel that I have a purpose for each day. AT the end of the day I check-in by filling out my journal and check the quote for the next morning and then I go to bed great journal I love it 😍 easy to follow, perfect size, and just a great way to start your morning routine!

Love yourself from the inside out
I have so many things underlined, highlighted and dog eared in this book!!! Everything is written so simply that I've had countless light bulb or ah ha moments. This book has helped me to find something positve in everyday, something to to be grateful for everyday and it has helped me chase things I've been working towards for a long time by turning them into affirmations that are meaningful and attainable by ME. I was in a dark place and this has helped me re- light my flame and believe in the goodness within myself again. I'm making time for me everyday and reflecting on what I want, what makes me happy and where I want to be. Absolutely life changing!!!
