I reached out!
I reached out to customer service and did NOT hear back from them!! These pans do awful and it gets burns on it, I cannot get the dirty bits off of them for anything!! I’ve also used aluminum foil anytime I’ve used the baking pan and it STILL somehow ends up with burnt places on it!!

Nice set
Great set. Lots of baking options. The silicone handles still get really hot, so it’s important to use mitts! Nice to have a mitt included. Overall quite happy with this purchase and all the baking I’ve been able to do with the set
