Lopsided. I wanted a thicker spindle but this was lopsided. This makes it so when you pull the paper, the spindle only gives out so much before it tears the paper for you. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Maybe this product is made for European dispensers. It is too large for U.S. models, and it doesn't retract enough to get it into place. I went to the hardware store and easily picked up a much cheaper, workable roller.
