This small skillet is one of the best I’ve ever used. The non-stick coating is fantastic (granted I still add a little oil, but only a tiny bit is required).The handle length is great.As to size, note that the diameter of the pan is only 7.5 inches, which is my favorite size. I find that 8 inch fry/sauté pans are a bit larger than I need.The bottom of the pan has a metallic layer, which enables fast heating and conduction (plus supports an induction stovetop…which I don’t have). It works great on my gas stove.This pan brings back the EASY in my Over Easy eggs!

I got an induction cook top and for many years I have been using this brand T-FAL and like the other pans I got from this manufacturer EXCELLENT QUALITY. Easy to clean even if you use a dishwasher, pan does not get scratch, non stick at all even after many year. I have never been disappointed so I do recommend this product. Well packed, delivery was fast. Good price.

I have been a fan of T-fal for years. But I haven't had a skillet this good ever. Does great with scrambled eggs. After cooking the eggs, let the pan cook. The run a wet or dry dishrag over the interior and it is clean. Super easy to use in all situations after 6 weeks

This is my second of this brand. My first is a smaller and I wanted one in a large size. I appreciate everything about it. The ease of cleaning, the food slipping and never sticking. The handle allows for putting into the oven and more. I wash by hand with a tiny bead of dishsoap and air dry. The pan is FABulous.

This is a lighter weight skillet than the higher end options that are out there. The core is not as heavy and the handle is hollow rather than solid. However, it works great and that is the primary issue. Durability? I don't know yet. We only use plastic or wood utensils with this skillet, so I hope the non-stick surface will last a long time. But, I've never owned a non-stick that did not eventually need replacing. All the more reason to buy a lower cost good skillet like this one than to pay the hefty price for a high end Calphalon or All-Clad...something like that. There is one insignificant issue that caused me to rate this 4 stars rather than 5; the red dot in the center of the skillet that is supposed to turn dark when the skillet is preheated does not change colors. I don't care; didn't by it for that feature. I bought it for the T-Fal name and the great value. However, if T-Fal is going to claim it, then it should do it, right? Very pleased with this skillet; highly recommended for the performance and value. BTW...we have an induction cook top and this skillet works great with it.

I have bought numerous commercial or chef-grade pan sets for many hundreds of dollars. They have not held up any better than high quality non-stick pans like T-Fal. I now buy a new T-Fal every 3 years or so for top-notch non-stick performance. Nothing beats new, and just replacing my T-Fals after years of use is a fantastic experience and more cost-effective vs. paying hundreds of dollars for expensive sets that stop performing acceptably after a few years.

Have used this 10 times since purchase with no problem. I went from cooking on cast iron all my life to this. No more scrubbing, soaking of pans. omelets that don't stick, fried rice done to perfection, vegetables that saute perfectly, beyond burgers that don't burn or stick, all without additional oil. I take care of this pan as directed and have no problems with cracking, chips, discoloration, or peeling. I use a wooden spatula to stir or flip foods. This is now my go to pan for everything.

I have good, tri-clad stainless and cast iron skillet, and wanted something non-stick. As I wanted something without a coating and learned of carbon steel, which could be seasoned, like cast iron, and become non-stick, with lighter weight. I really like my cast iron and never had a problem with its use and care, so expected, supported by the manufacturer info and YouTube videos, similar experience with the carbon steel. For some reason I did not. After several rounds of preparing-seasoning-cooking-etc, per instructions, I decided it and I were not compatible, and returned the pan.I’d had a T-Fal a few decades ago, and decided to give the coated skillet a try. Best skillet I’ve ever used! If it has long-term durability, I’ll be even more pleased!Highly recommend!

Increíble sartén, llevo meses utilizándolo todos los días y esta como nuevo, super fácil de limpiar y no se le pega nada. Se siente de calidad y el mango de acero inoxidable es muy bonito. Vale la pena por el precio invertir en un sartén como este, no necesitaran comprar otro en mucho tiempo.

Seriously, this is the best frying pan I have ever purchased, and I've used it twice a day, every day for about 3 months. I don't need to turn the heat up nearly as high, and even the most stubborn residue (like cooked on egg) glides off the pan without soap under the tap. It's also an awesome pan to use when cooking fish, as you don't need to use any oil and nothing ends up sticking.I usually throw everything in the dishwasher because I'm pretty lazy, but it's so easy to clean this pan that moving it to the dishwasher from the sink is more work than just a quick rinse and scrub.I'm also a big fan of the entirely metal design. I've found that plastic handles tend to get a little grimy after a few years of use and are a tad difficult to clean, but no issue with that here. I haven't noticed any issues with the handle getting too hot, and the ability to use this pan in the oven will bring some versatility to your kitchen toolbox.I'm exceedingly impressed with this pan. I can't wait to collect every size.

Made pancakes, burgers, scrambled eggs, etc., all came out great. Cleans very easily with a sponge, soap and water.Feels like quality goods, love the handle. No problem with the bottom being flat unlike a few reviews.
