I've been riding this cycling bike for about a month and I absolutely adore it. I do my morning daily routine for 30 minutes, however on weekends I am lazy and do it at night. The instructions are simple with pictures, however piecing everything together took me a long time. I like that it is foldable, so it takes up less room and can be stored in a corner. There have been no concerns with the paddles thus far. Batteries are required for the screen display, although I simply check at the calories mode. For those of us who can't live without our phones, there's a phone holder on the display that's quite useful. I'll leave my phone on the display and ride while watching movies or listening to music. I like the backrest since it allows me to lay back and complete my riding routine and arm workouts at the same time. I started caring about how many calories I eat on a daily basis after losing some weight. With this bike, I can work out at home instead of going to the gym.

Getting this bicycle mainly because of the work from home situation, I could even exercise while having a meeting in my laptop, save time and money by going to gym, not to mention the COVID situation now, not safe to get close to anyone. The foldable function is great, I could put away in the closet (must have a larger size one lol and I can hide it when the kids needs to room to play), and I use it more since it’s winter and lazy to put in the storage. As for the functionality, it has couple resistance setting which I found it useful to adjust speed and the full body exercise as well with the pulling belt, it’s great and I have been using it almost every day for 30 minutes.

After I gave birth to my baby I wanted to lose weight so I bought this exercise bike. It was easy to assemble it the quality of it was good it’s really sturdy it has different modes like speed, heartbeat, and distance. It scroll to adjust the resistance. It’s not just a bike it also has pulling thing to train your arms. You can adjust the seats height. To move it you can fold it and to make it smaller.

This was the perfect size. I really needed this and so easy to get that workout in when you can’t walk outdoors. My doctor actually told me that bike riding was better on my knees than walking.
