Didn’t have bracket
Came on time, although had a warning it would be a day late. Was replacing one exactly the same we thought BUT it didn’t have a bracket, (the old one did) so had to spend ages working out how to mount it. Apart from that, it’s working fine now.

Came without a bracket, so can’t be installed. And had to pay to return.
