I did not use this product for fishing but they are very strong and are well made.

Not sharp, eye not perpendicular, cheap price
Decent enough hooks but not sharp, nothing a file and time can't fix. Looking down at the hook, the eye is not perpendicular to the hook, it is slightly bent to a side, can be fixed with two pliers or pliers and a bench vise. Can't beat the price though. Can't wait to test em' and see if some big fish will straighten them out.EDIT:I rigged a black bart canyon prowler with this hook, and set it on the hand line, a decent mahi straightened it out, I was able to bend it back to shape but the next fish just straightened it out even more (I have not seen this hook straightened out when used on a rod though). The moral of the story is that this hook will land you the big one but don't expect any more from it afterwards.-Expect to see a little bit of surface rust on the eye where the mono touches the steel.-Compared to mustad 7691ss the eye is bigger on this oneI am now spending the extra bucks on Mustad 7691ss because I'm making stiff rigs with cable and shrink tube, which would be more expensive to replace if the hook straightens out.Bottom line: these Goture hooks served me well but I've moved on to using the good stuff.

Good quality for the money will buy more/
Hooks are made well and strong I Did a pull test on several hooks using a scale and 130 Fluorocarbon and they only bent a few thousands, would buy them again for smaller to mid size fishing. I would have given them a five start rating but noticed that the points are not cut centered but were easy to center with my dermal tool.

The 8/0 size was too big for my tastes
These were much larger than the other Mustad 8/0 Siwash hooks I purchased. They look like great hooks but too big for my needs. I was going to return them but it would cost me almost half of what I paid to ship them back so I figured I would just keep them and maybe one day find a use for them. Otherwise the quality and look of the hooks seem fine.
