Not quite as aesthetically pleasing as what I saw in video and pictures, but I live in the desert with dark tile floors, so I am constantly battling dirt/sand/dust brought in on footwear.Of course this can be mitigated by removing shoes at the door, but sometimes this is just too hard to do or you simply forget.So I gave this rug a try. Haven’t had it long, or tried with all my different types of footwear, but so far it has worked great. A couple of seconds of quickly wiping when I step on the carpet, and I leave no dirt trail on my floor.I think this is just the product I needed to buy to help lessen my floor cleaning burden

Previously owned same mat with cloth backing which kept tearing with age. Used lots of duct tape to hold it together. Needed to keep mat dry. This mat has a solid plastic backing so it’s weatherproof. Appears to be much more durable than previous mat. For outdoor use, buy the mat with plastic backing. Great mat for removing dirt/sand and leaves from shoes. Clean it by hitting against the side of a tree.

I've only used this thing a couple times. It really works much better than I had expected. I hope it lasts. Only think to keep in mind is that it's rather light, and could blow a way if the winds pick up. I may poke a hole in a corner and tie it in place.If you don't want to be tracking in anything on your shoes, this is the doormat to get!

I live in South Florida and my yard is mostly sugar sand. Between, the kids, the dog and everyone else that comes to visit tracking in dirt is a nightmare. So I purchased these mats after trying a bunch of others in hopes of getting a durable product that would also help scrape the bottom of shoes and reduce the amount of debris coming inside. WORKS GREAT.. I paired them inside with an indoor product (also reviewed) to catch anything the outdoor mat missed but so far it works great. Mat holds up great to traffic, weather, and heat of the Florida sun and it catches most of the sand and dirt. Cleaning is easy - lift, shake and hose it off. I like these so much I ordered two more for the back door and the garage door. Definitely worth it

This is the second rug like this I have purchased to wipe our feet before entering our rv. It catches the debris from our shoes and the dog paws and helps keep it outside the trailer. I just rinse it off with a hose to clean it. It's lightweight so it doesn't weigh down the trailer, but haven't had it blow away, even when we were camping with gale force winds on Whidbey Island. The only downfall is we fold it in half to store in the trailer and after a couple seasons of use (about 20 camping trips) it cracked on the fold line. Its usefulness is worth having to replace it every couple of years.

I live near the beach so of course sand it everywhere. I put one of these at the bottom of my outside stairs. Within a couple weeks I was amazed at how much sand I dumped out! I was worried it would blow away since we get some pretty serious winds, but so far it hasn't moved. Also my black labs walk right over them...doesn't bother their feet at all.

This works perfectly and like the description says, you can easily shake off the dirt it grabs from your shoes. It doesn’t matter to me, but be prepared for it to look like artificial grass, and not the realistic kinds they make now!

This is my third one of these door mats. I usually order the green grass color but this time I got a putty color. I just love these doormats they’re really the only doormats that actually get the dirt off the bottom of your shoes before you walk into your house. I just wish they lasted longer. They will fall apart after about a year or less. Also, they’re not that attractive unfortunately but they really do the job.
