Great wide-screen display. I found this useful for home working with my work laptop and home pc sharing keyboard and mouse via the built in USB hub. The included remote is handy too. Picture is great and allows me to have task windows side by side for working on various things together like db tables and spreadsheets for data reporting, which is part of my job.When it comes to games, then I reckon the 32:9 aspect really does give you that immersed-in-the-game feel, especially with 1st person shooters, like doom eternal which quite frankly to me is mind blowing on this monitor. You will, of course, need a decent graphics card to drive it. I'm using a radeon rx6800 which is towards the top end of the gpu scale I suppose.I use Windows Powertoys Fancyzones which allows me to snap windows in position on this large screen estate.I came from a dual monitor setup to this, and for me it was a positive move. Took me a couple of days to get used to the wide-ness however, but don't think I could go back now.Yes, it was expensive, but if you spend all day and the majority of the evening behind a screen, you might as well have something good, which this most definitely is.

Two days of using this and I'm in constant pain, I've actually lost some of my eye sight and can barely look at any screen now. This is the second 49" VA screen that's damaged my eyes just from a couple of day use. It's going straight back. My bank account may recover but my eye may never. I'm really upset and depressed about this, as a disabled person I need my eyes.

Eigentlich ein toller Monitor. Die Fläche ist super. Sollte mein aktuelles 24" Triple-Monitor-Setup ablösen. USB-KVM funktioniert wunderbar und die 3 USB-Anschlüsse reichen mir aus.Leider hat er zwei gravierende Probleme:1. Er fiept nach ein paar Sekunden leider durchgehend. Nur leise, aber dennoch wahrnehmbar (leises Coil-Whining was man von anderen Produkten kennt) und auf die Dauer nicht auszuhalten im Homeoffice.2. Er kann über USB-C nicht die volle Auflösung liefern. Man ist auf 3840x1080 beschränkt. Witzigerweise bietet er aber 120Hz an. Die Bandbreite für mehr Auflösung wäre also prinzipiell vorhanden. Bei dem Philips 49" der ebenfalls hier im Haus ist, bekomme ich die vollen 5120x1440 mit 70Hz.Beides sind für mich absolute Nogos weil ich den Monitor 8-10 Stunden am Tag per USB-C am Firmenlaptop hängen haben wollte.Wäre es nur die Auflösung würde ich wohl mit AOC in Kontakt treten und um ein Firmware-Update wegen der Auflösung bitten. Wegen dem Fiepen geht er aber morgen endgültig zurück.Update 21.01.2021:Mittlerweile habe ich noch herausgefunden, dass das Fiepen nicht über Spulen erzeugt wird. Das Geräusch kommt über die Lautsprecher. Schaltet man diese komplett aus (Lautstärke 0) ist das Geräusch auch sofort weg. Nicht das was ich von einem 1100€ Gerät erwarte.Update 26.01.2021:Ich habe letztlich herausgefunden, dass das Fiepen durch die Beleuchtung meiner RGB-Maus (Roccat Kone Aimo) erzeugt wird. Ist diese angeschlossen, die Beleuchtung eingeschaltet und die Lautsprecher des Bildschirms aktiv, fiept es wie bereits beschrieben sehr unangenehm. Ein kleines USB-Hub dazwischen hat das Geräusch sogar noch etwas verstärkt.Schaltet man die Beleuchtung der Maus und/oder die Lautsprecher des Bildschirms aus, ist das Fiepen sofort weg. Es scheint sich also um eine Art Rückkopplung zu handeln. Meine RGB-Tastatur von Razer hat dieses Problem nicht.

This is great ultra wide monitor with decent manufactory warranty. Although the USB-C port does not support full resolution, but it is convenient for someone would like to have a single cable setup.DP port is really powerful, which supports full resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate.

Bought this for my son, I know nothing about gaming. I couldn't believe that one monitor would be any better than another. Wow was I wrong. This thing is unbelievable. The picture, the sound the graphics. Wow.
