Strong stuff, a little too strong for me.
I got this Pure Himalayan Shilajit Capsules - Men's Complex Mineral Supplement w/ Fulvic Acid, Maca, Tribulus, Ashwagandha, and Ginseng - Pills for Energy, Digestion & Immune Support - 210 Count, to add to my daily supplements. I am 70 years old, and I take supplements daily. I found this one, even with all the good ingredients and quantity of capsules, a little too strong for my system. This is just my experience; others might not have any problems.

Good Shilajit Supplement
I completely agree with everything "some guy", another reviewer, had to say about these shilajit capsules. I have been taking shilajit in it's tar and liquid forms for several years and think the fulvic acid and other minerals in them are exceptionally good for health. The tar version is very expensive, difficult to work with and tastes bitter, but it's the most potent. The liquid drops are easy to use though not as potent as the tar. The capsules are the easiest to use if you don't mind swallowing pills. They contain 40% fulvic acid (very good for health) and the male vitality blend (and women can consume these capsules too) looks good with a lot of healthy ingredients. The price seems very reasonable for what you get - as of this review it costs right at $19.99 for a bottle of 210 capsules.

Good for what it is
I've been taking Shilajit on and off for years. The most potent and effective way is the original harvested tar version. That also tends to be the most expensive way and good Shilajit can be prohibitively expensive. The least potent way is capsules, like this one but it also tends to be the least expensive method. It's a balance. As far as capsules go, this one is actually pretty good. There's some other added ingredients so it's not just pure Shilajit. You're also saving yourself from the dirt taste that's characteristic of the tar version. Again, it's a trade off. You can get some benefit here so it's not worthless to take. It's just not going to be as potent as pure Shilajit (and again, not going to be as expensive either).
