Perfect for winter. Just went to a party and got a ton of compliments. I am 5’7” and 118 lbs, 26-27” waist; the small fits perfectly at the waist, and the skirt falls about 12” above the floor. There is a small amount of elastic at the back of the waist band for a tiny bit of extra give. Given that the small is listed as a 28.5” waist, it seems to run just slightly smaller than listed.

I struggled with what size to buy for a couple of days. Hope this helps. I wear size 14 in US ( old navy )etc. Igot xxl in the skirt and it fits so perfectly, i couldn't wait to get home to try it on.I will be buying more

Let me first start by giving my measurements as reference. I am 5'5" and 135lbs, athletic build. I have a 32" bust, 27" waist, and 34" hip. Originally I ordered a medium after reading the other reviews that it ran small. However, when it arrived I was disappointed to see that it was too large. It did not rest at my waist but rather on my hips. I returned the skirt and ordered two more, in the charcoal and brown, in a size small. They both fit perfectly. They are not too snug and offer ample room to tuck a shirt or sweater in with room to breath. This is the most comfortable fitting skirt. The material is heavy and surprisingly great quality. It is enough to keep you warm in the winter with a pair of leggings beneath or in the fall or spring when it is a little warmer. The length reaches to my ankles which pairs nicely with boots, sandals, or heels. There are no belt loops, however, the fit is perfect and does not need a supportive belt to hold it up. I cannot say enough about this skirt, it is one of my favorite clothing purchases on Amazon. Do not be afraid to order your true size as my experience indicates that it is not "Asian" sizing.

This is the perfect fall and winter skirt. The fabric is warm and thick perfect to keep you warm during the cold months and I love it also has pockets! It was small on me, so I suggest ordering a size up from what you normally wear.

Maybe they changed the sizing. It does not match the chart provided in the description or past reviews. I went with those and ordered an XL even though I'm a medium. The waist measured 35". The skirt was really nice though. Heavy enough to be warm but light enough to drape nicely. I've retuned the XL and am waiting for a M. I'll update if that doesn't work. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't so hard to figure out what size to order.Well...even the medium was a little big on me. Trying the small. I just noticed there are two different style skirts in this one ad. This review is for the A line without the belt.

I love this skirt! It goes with just about everything, it’s very well-made, thick material, high-waisted, and adorable. My only issue with it is that I have a small waist and this skirt falls a bit below where I want it and I have to pull it up a lot. I wish they had this in an XS! I kept it anyway. I have been needing some long skirts like this one so I am glad I found it. There was something pink spilled on the outside of the package, but it didn’t seem to damage anything. I did have trouble pulling the side zipper up at first. I would still buy from this seller again.

I was amazed when I pulled this out of the package and realized the thickness of the material. It will be perfect for cold days with boots when I want to wear a skirt, but I don't want to freeze! It was true to size (I typically wear a 4/6 and ordered a medium) and drapes nicely. If you have a small waist and larger hips, this skirt will fit well.I do have two minor issues with the skirt: 1) No care instructions so I will just plan to dry-clean it, and 2) the belt was way too big. My guess is they sent an XL belt with the M skirt. Doesn't matter because I have plenty of other belts I can wear with it.

Great skirt. Quality, heavy material great for these NYC fall/winters but the sizing chart is WAY off. I'm 5'11" with a 30" waist. The chart lists XL as 29" and change but in reality it's about 35-36". Will be returning for a size M.
