Size up
I ordered the size I should need, using the products size guide. I did return as it was very small, make sure to size up by 2 sizes at least. The quality was good, just too small.

The best thing ever for post-op support
I love these binders! I have had mine for 2 years now, and still going strong. (Hand wash and hang dry!)I had major abdominal surgery in 2020 and needed support 24/7 for 8 weeks afterwards. Before surgery, I ordered 3 of these, because hospital binders absolutely suck. I got 1 in pink-just because- and 2 in plain ol' white, to look more "medical" to my skeptical surgeon-lol. I still wear them to this day for back support and to remind me to hold in my tummy! Still super-helpful to relieve pain and support the heaviness i feel when my body is collecting fluid in my belly because of my ongoing health issue. The things I LOVE about these binders:The size tag is on the OUTSIDE. Thank you so very much! Tags make me crazy-itchy!!The thoughtful little pockets on the insides! One in front over the pelvic area, and one in back over the lumbosacral area. They are perfectly sized for slipping those little "instant heat" warmers or 'ice' packs into. What a relief! I kinda wish there was one on the outside front, too, to hold my TENS unit, but you can't have everything...Hooray! Soft and comfy cotton next to your skin! Not itchy or or hot the way that those all-elastic binders are. The velcro doesn't curl or scratch.Doesn't feel bulky. Conforms to your shape- whatever it may be. You can easily adjust it wherever you need it. None of that either "tighter all over" or "looser all over" crap.Doesn't show under clothes- unless they are quite thin and/or tight. The price is right! So- what else do you want? These are the best things I've ever found. The dozens of other binders I have bought and hated went to Charity- hopefully some else can make use of them- because I couldn't. These are the ones for me!

Great After Liver Resection!
I had a hepatic adenoma removed in October. I am 5’2, and was about 100 lbs. The binder given in the hospital literally wrapped me twice, and was very uncomfortable under my breasts and along my pelvis. The middle also gaped whenever I moved.I ordered this binder (size S) when I got home after reading many reviews. It’s PERFECT! I can adjust the tightness across my ribs, waist, and lower abs separately, which is good after a meal. It also creates a sleek line under my clothing and does not “ride up” when I move. It’s long enough to give full abdominal coverage, but does not disturb staples and drains (if you have any). Truly helped me build back my stamina, regain correct posture, get up from lying down alone, and with pain control. A lifesaver!Tips: 1. I cleansed mine before use and periodically afterwards.( I wiped with hospital grade wipes until damp or hand washed with a dye-free, fragrance-free detergent, then allowed to air dry.) 2. I kept my wounds clean! Used breathable, sterile gauze as a cushion over staples. Put on a clean thin undershirt, then the binder. Then whatever other shirt/sweater I wanted to wear on top. (Binder never directly touched my skin OR outside surfaces. Stayed clean longer and reduced my chances of wound infection.) 3. Find a binder that works for you! They should not hurt. They should not cut into your skin. They should not restrict your breathing. You should be able to wear them comfortably all day. You’ll need them less and less as the weeks go on, but please don’t torture yourselves for 6-8 weeks!Staying active is key—your binder should facilitate your healing and recovery as you return to normal activity step by step, bit by bit. Hope this helps!
