I'm 30" underbust & d cups. some bras measure underbust +0", where i'm 30d. others use underbust +4", where i'm 34d. do i buy size 4 (30d) or 6 (34d)?

I wear a 36 B padded bra. What size would you recomend for these pads?

What has been the best way to launder foam breast? It has taken 3 days for mine to dry after hand washing and the smell is terrible.
