I searched 6 different stores to find a bathing suit that would flatter my "chubby" body. After only finding tiny bikinis and grandma one pieces, I decided to risk ordering this suit. Let me tell you, it was perfect! Its exactly what I wanted....great material, super comfy, unbelievably flattering and soooooo cute! I'm 5'5" 180lbs, 38B and my tummy is for sure my problem area. It hugs and hides in all the right places, no back bulge and creates curves for me. I would recommend this to all the girls out there who may be looking for their confidence back because it certainly gave me mine! The only negative thing was the built in shorts were slightly too big for me but it wasn't a problem since the skirt was long enough to cover. Would definitely purchase again.

I love it. Yes it was a bit loose in spots but that was because I followed the sizing recommendations about it running small. I don't think the smaller size would have been comfortable. I probably fall in between sizes. It is a nice feeling fabric and looks good. Time will tell how it endures, if it shrinks and such. I would say that this is more of a lounging swimsuit. The top just ties at the neck and it feels like it would not take much for a wardrobe malfunction if you get my drift. I will probably consider buying another one if it doesn't shrink or fade / break down too fast.

I ordered XL because of my 42 inch hips even though my bust is small and it was a good size for me. The suit is very stretchy in a comfortable way so I think it is very forgiving and accommodates a range of sizes. I read reviews saying that it was flattering to a small bustline and I agree that it is. I like the vintage styling. I like several of the color options, just wish some of the dark backgrounds were navy instead of black. And I’m going to modify it by sewing the straps in a crisscross in back so I don’t feel pressure on my neck and that eliminates all that bulky tying at the back and still looks vintage. I am 5 feet 6 1/2 inches, about 155 pounds.

I have this suit in 3 colors. I ordered the black polka dot in a large, last year. It was a little larger than I like but I kept it anyway. I wanted to order the blue polka dot but it was out of stock so I got a medium in red, which fit perfectly and looked great. However, It did look a little like Minnie Mouse. The blue one was finally back in stock so I had to get it. The color is darker than I expected but really pretty. I haven’t worn it yet but I’m sure it will be my favorite. My only complaint is that the cups are much smaller than they should be. They tend to shift and move around and bunch up and they can be clearly seen under the fabric. Fortunately, they are removable and it can be worn without them but it doesn’t provide much support without them. I don’t find that to be a problem but some people might. Overall, it’s very flattering even without the bra cups. I typically wear a size 8/M and the medium fit well.

I absolutely love the style of this suit. It’s much more supportive than I expected without being too tight. The only thing I would change are the bottoms. I ordered a medium and was worried the bottoms would be too tight as I usually need a large to extra large. The bottoms were a little loose to the point they move around a little. May be uncomfortable for someone with a smaller hip size.

I love this suit! Fits pretty much as expected, it's a tad snug around my "mom of 2 in her 40s who likes snacks" middle, but not terribly so. I didn't want to exchange for the next size up because I am not super busty so I didn't want to look like I was swimming (haha pun intended) on the top and potentially have a Janet Jackson superbowl moment at the pool with my family. That's not a level of excitement I'm prepared for. I love the shorts underneath and the elastic across the top in the back. Very comfy and can be worn with or without the included padding in the bust, looks great either way. I got a medium and wear about a size 12 pants and a small or medium on top. Very nice vintage look to it, I feel like a mid century pinup!

Loved loved this bathing suit. It is so cute and flattering and happens to be a perfect retro bathing suit. I wore it for a July 4th pool party and I got SO many compliments on it. It was Fourth of July patriotic, but in a more subtle way. You can still wear this bathing suit on regular days. It’s flatters the bust, waist and hip area.

I like this style so much that it’s the second one I’ve bought. I got one a few years ago and have since lost weight so I bought another one.The bottoms seem a little looser this time around but overall it’s a great swimsuit

I bought this for the pin-up style but I love it so much that I'm going to buy another. It smoothes out over my stomach really well (that's the bit I'm most self-conscious about) and appears to give me hips as it flares out, and the top minimizes my broad shoulders. Love love love. Went with a US 10 (I'm an aussie 14), it's a tiny bit tight but somehow not in a bad way!!!

Had to cut four inches odd the auit when I got it as it had far to much length to it.

I was disappointed with this order. It was not well made. Seams and tie frayed and coming apart after washing. I’m 5’4” the skirt hangs to my knees. I am returning this item.

Sizing is wrong and the inside layer is see through if you get your proper size it's going to feel like a snake swallowed you The top part hangs way too low and you can't yank it up without giving yourself a camel toe and a wedgie all at the same time
