Q: How long are the slots?

If I was to do it again I would get long slots so u can get large bread

Q: How deep are the slots? I need something that will fit a tall slice of homemade bread.

Our Rye Bread slices are long, so we need to turn them around half way through toasting, and they toast very nicely this way.

Q: Does this toaster make any beep or ding sounds? We have a child who is sensitive to certain noises. Thanks in advance!
