Sunstar2-359252 52-Teeth 520 Chain Size Rear Steel Sprocket

My 2012 WR450F came geared for racing around a track. I bought it as an all-around dirt bike and wanted the ability to putt around, climb hills and go fast. My problem was when I wanted to use it as a somewhat type of trials riding, I still had to keep the revs up or constantly work the clutch. The low-end torque just wasn't there at low speed. After going from a stock 13/50 gearing to a 12/52 using SunStar Steel Sprockets, that dropped it down from a 3.84 ratio to a 4.33 ratio. Now I can slowly approach a hill in 2nd and when I twist the throttle, it powers up no problem, having tons of torque. I may have lost a little top-end, but it's still plenty fast without straining the motor. While many people like the aluminum sprockets, I chose to go with a set of Sunstar Steel tooth sprockets and I'm glad I did. These sprockets will last 4-1 times over aluminum. They work as expected... perfect and they look almost identical to the OEM. I'm very happy with my choice and the price I paid. Really high quality, perfect fit and finish.

Perfect for my style and ability of riding. Especialy up in "Brown Mountain NC", I ride a YZ450F 13 in the front, and a WR flywheel. If you've been there you don't need anymore explanation. Looks like stock sprocket and wears extra long.

Great size for trail riding and hitting light jumps. Fits perfectly on a 03 yz450f dirt bike and would highly recommend the product.
