Personal Experience:I label things around the house and needed some more tape but the Brother Brand is decently expensive. Bought this tape in place of the original and it works pretty well. There is a small noticeable difference in the thickness and adhesion when compared to the Brother Brand but nothing to drastic unless you are using this in a very rough environment. Works fine in most applications. In cable wrap mode and when in a hot area (server rack) laminate comes apart from backing.

I make a lot of tags for merchandising and I have a Brother P touch machine. The tape has always been a very expensive item for me to buy for my business until I found these 6 pcs. They are a little bit shorter in length that the ones I have been buying but when you do the math, they are a real BARGAIN!! I have given as much as $16 for one roll of tape and these are 6 for around $26. Hard to believe, really, but it is true! Have ordered them several times now and will continue to order them.

We don't know what we need until we are right on top of the project--this is one example where we needed label tape to complete the work and we didn't have any. I had bad luck with my first order so contacted customer service. Emma responded immediately and offered to help solve the problem. Since I had thrown the cartridges away that jammed, I could not provide a photo of the problem. Thinking this was the end of the situation, I was pleasantly surprised when a short time later a package came with a total replacement of the product. This is customer service at its best and I will continue to purchase these tapes.

I've bought about 20-25 cartridges of this brand and it works well for me. Once in a while there is a streak and the label needs to be redone, but I don't know if it's the label or the printer. I haven't compared these to the OEM labels (which are much more expensive) but these seem to work fine.

I was somewhat skepticle when first purchasing, but they work exactly like the name brand. You can buy one of the name brand or 6 of these for the price & exact same quality.

So far so good. Easy to install in the printer. For some reason my brother labele maker reads the tape as transparent and mirrors the writing so I have to change the settings every time I turn the machine on. But other than that great value for the price.

Great product, great price. As good or better than name brand label tape.
