Worked perfectly
only used this 1 time so far, the gluten free brownies came out perfectly. Gluten free baking is notoriously difficult, too dark on the bottom raw inside... baking in an RV oven is also tricky... the brownies were perfect. I placed it on an airbake cookie sheet to make it easier to get in /out of the oven and to keep the bottom from getting too dark. The 2nd one will be used for casseroles so my baked goods don't pick up the spice flavors.

Always use a sheet pan for support
Love these products! I also have the Jumbo/6 section muffin pan. Nothing sticks! Practically rinses clean, no non-stick chipping or peeling. My photo shows the Egg Bites I made from a well known diet cookbook. Cutting the recipe in half works perfectly for these Egg bites. I let them rest on the stove for a few minutes then flipped them over and they fell right out! It's a miracle! You'll love these!

Works great
Cleans easily and works better than a metal pan. This is coming from a guy who does NOT bake! Just learning but this was a much easier option.
