Poor sound quality talking on phone near impossible could not hear caller or caller could not hear you.FM radio would only pick up radio stations within about a 20 mile radius, I live in a rural area there is no radio stations that close.It is not exactly plug and play it does work but the wiring is not correct because the radio will not go off once you turn car off resulting in dead battery if you forget to turn it off.

I'm getting bad distortion on through the speakers. I also just replaced them with brand new Rockford 6.5 speakers. Not very happy or pleased!

I brought in February and the unit just stopped working completely. When it was working, it drained my car battery and the sound quality wasn't that great.

The install was pretty simple, definitely read the instructions. Immediately when I removed the low voltage wire that it suggested on the manual it connected to my car beautifully. It functions as you would hope, however, Apple CarPlay could use some touching up. You need to connect to the hotspot on the radio to use the app to run CarPlay. At times it will disconnect you from the CarPlay because of connection issues. After all, it is an aftermarket radio thats basically an android tablet. I'm happy with it especially for the price, will be keeping it.

This radio drain the battery. Someone who fixed this issue? Any advice..

Horrible ! They sent just random wires and plugs that go to a tv! It said it would fit my 2014 Volkswagen Passat and it’s doesn’t even have the correct things for me to do anything. Definitely returning !!!!!
