Samsara Herbs SidaAcuta Extract (240ml/227g)

I was diagnosed with Bartonella in April 2018. I had been taking Sida Actua drops from Woodland Essence for months. I felt they worked in the beginning to help with the foot burning and tingling associated with the infection but lately I didn't feel they were doing much. I switched to the this powder about a month ago and feel it works much better than the drops.If you feel like you have hit a plateau with your herbal protocol, give the powder Sida a try. I have really felt a difference

I've never written a review but I felt compelled to do so for these Samsara products hopefully someone will find this useful especially if you are a born skeptic, like myself.I decided to start using more holistic approaches at the beginning of the year because of some various health issues. First, this stuff does not taste great but I didn't really expect it to either. I've been trying to avoid super-processed anything. I like to mix the powder--I'm not sure why previous reviewer thought this was a liquid, confused I guess--with whatever healthy liquid or yogurt I have around. Next, unlike some other products I've tried I feel like this one is working quicker. I am an educator and surrounded by germy children so this is a godsend; I need that immune system boost!I've only tried Sida in liquid form before this and I honestly feel like this is doing more already, plus I don't do well with alcohol in tinctures so this is the best option I've found, so far so good!

I've been using Woodland Essence tincture for some time, but I didn't want to wait a week or so for shipping so tried this with free next day shipping through Prime. Sida Acuta is green in all of the photos I see on the web. This is an orangy brown color. Also, it doesn't seem to be working for me. I got worse instead of better on it. Until someone can explain why a green herb comes brown, I'm going to remain skeptical. I'm going back to Woodland Essence. (And, no, I don't work for them. I just want my herbs that I know work.)

I actually got this just to try because I've been taking liquid side acuta, and I must say, the powder actually tastes pretty good and is just as easy to take in water. It does seem to help for my lyme and bartonella infections.

Very impressed with this concentrated Sida Acuta powder. Hard to find it in such a concentrated form of any kind. I am encapsulating it myself and it is much cheaper and you get 10X the bang for the buck than buying it in lower dilution in tincture form but did try mixing some of it in yogurt. Taste is very strong but would not expect anything else in a concentrate. Use it for fatigue and just general health for it's antibacterial properties. Will definitely buy it again from this supplier.
