Espresso Machine 19 Bar Fast Heating Cappuccino Coffee Maker with Milk Frother Steam Wand - Black

At first I thought that the coffee was not hot enough. After I contacted customer service, they took the time to explain everything in great detail. The temperature of the coffee coming out of the machine was what they said. The issue was that I was pouring coffee into cold cups. Now I warm up the cups for a minute and the coffee is perfect. The machine puts out plenty of steam also. Plus it looks very nice. Very happy.

I loved it but the milk steamer had completely stopped functioning. Super sad.

Really enjoying this machine. Easy to use. Produces a great cup of cappuccino and/or espresso. For a beginner like me in terms of espresso machine this is a great introductory item...and it just had a great look

Made great espresso, but the steam wand stopped working after the 5th use. Amazon will not except returns on this product!

The design is cool, but it’s one of those machines that’s all design no functionality. As many of the other reviews have said, all of the components are plastic save Components in immediate contact with hot water. I was expecting the black component to be plastic, but I was hoping that the knobs and such would be metal. The angle of the steam wand makes it cumbersome to steam milk properly. It is difficult to control the temperature well.

It literally just arrived, haven't brewed yet, however what I found in the porta filter was plastic upon plastic, upon plastic, I don't want plastic in my coffee, or anything that has to do with food or drink, for that matter, and it's not BPH free plastic at that, the porta filter has THREE layers of plastic the hot coffee must be pushed through, as you can see in the photo, I instantly removed all the plastic and not sure if it will brew with the pressure necessary for espresso, if not I will reassemble and return,Given all the + reviews, I had high hopes for this machine,A good machine is only as strong as it's weakest link!!!!Plastic is not our friend!!!!

no es muy complicado su uso hay que practicar un poco, el sabor final es muy bueno. Tiene algunos detalles que no me gustan por ejemplo la apariencia parece de juguete, se siente muy frágil todos sus componentes, se sale el agua por abajo de el deposito de agua, el vapor también, la cuchara y el apisonador nada practica muy frágil si nos pasamos de fuerza seguro se rompe, toda la información en ingles lo cual no entiendo si gran parte de sus ventas de este lado del mundo son en español ojala consideren darnos información en este idioma.

The machine works well and make good expresso. It heats up very fast and provides good steam. It is 5 times more efficient than another machine I bought in the same price range. The machine is not built very strong which may mean a short life and the water tank is not secured to the back very well: if you move the machine and are not careful, the water tank comes out of the locked position and it slowly empties itself.
