If I could have given zero stars I would
With very light use (only 2-3 sheets of normal A4 paper at a time) this item jammed beyond repair after 3 uses. I returned the item and would recommend avoiding this if you don't want the hassle

Perfect set especially for crafters
I love it! Super easy to use and has two thickness/heat options. Safe and convenient to use too.Perhaps the lowest price.
