I was really impressed with the packaging of this backpack, everything from the whole backpack itself, to the straps, zipper pulls was wrapped nicely. I love the different compartments of the backpack. You can wear it casually or take it with you when traveling. I dislike carrying large backpacks or other large totes. I want to minimize the weight of only carrying the essentials on a plane or when I travel or go out. I got black, stylish and love the price too!

Love all the room and pockets inside and out. Hesitated at spending so much money when I purchased this, but it is very well made and should last me for many years. Came well wrapped up and packaged. Would definitely recommend

I liked that this is the size which will hold the things I require but is small enough that it won't carry all those extra that do nothing but add weight. I like the style the pockets and is comfortable.

I like that it is as pictured but very unhappy with the straps.. very thin and seem fragile.. hoping they will not break soon.. I have lots of MICHAEL KORS bags but these are the worst bag straps for that price.
