AWESOME!!!!!
I bought this for my daughter's birthday. She was 5 going on 6; had at least 2 loose teeth and I knew it would be a matter of time before they would be ready to come out and she would be expecting her first visit from the Toothfairy. She thought it was a good idea to be able to keep her tooth safe until the Toothfairy came at night. The directions for plaster mix that came with it was easy to follow. I think we could've made more but only made two keepsake boxes and it didn't take too long to dry for my impatient 5 year old so that she could paint it. The paint colors were very bright and pretty. My daughter was so proud of her work after painting it. She uses the boxes everytime a tooth comes out. I do have to put a little bit of scotch tape on the sides to keep the top lid on so the tooth doesn't get lost under the pillow though. Other than that my daughter and I are satisfied and I think it was a good buy.

Great project for Toothfairy preparation
I bought this for my son as a fun way to get ready for the Tooth Fairy. I was happy to find that the plaster dried in about 30 minutes and the paint was touchable in 10 minutes. We made his the evening that the tooth actually fell out and it was ready to go under his pillow that night.A couple of hints:There is more plaster than needed for the molds, so fill slowly or you will have to scoop a bunch out.Shake the mold after putting the plaster in to try and get rid of any bubbles and this will also smooth out the top.The amount of plaster you are given will make 4 tooth holders, two from each packet.Enjoy! We're saving the rest of the plaster and the molds for kiddo #2! :)

My 5 year old had a blast!
My daughter lost her first tooth and I realized I used to have a tooth box to put the tooth under her pillow. I showed her some boxes on amazon and this. She picked this. We have made 2 boxes (the kit makes 4). They are cute little things. The plaster stuff worked well. No problems moulding or unmoulding. They are a couple inches long and maybe an inch or so high. ish. I didn't measure. Paints were good. Directions clear. The only thing I didn't like is that the lids do not seal in any way. They have included a puffy stucker to affix to the underside of the lid to prevent the lid from sliding off. But it can lift and fall off. I bought some sticky velcro I am going to use to stick the lid on. Otherwise, we love it and my daughter has her very own tooth box she made herself.

Worked great but I think I would have been lost without ...
Arrived just in time for my boys first tooth fairy encounter...which is so much easier then putting it under a pillow. Worked great but I think I would have been lost without watching the video I found, and basically you need to do the mold and have them (kids) watch. Buy this but make sure you watch the video and let it dry overnight before letting the kiddos paint.

poor and sloppy
The spectacular colors you see on the package is far from the result: you've get blank shape you have to color yourself without any lines to help you. The plastic mold is fragile, it's hard to take out the casted shape. The top part doesn't the box in a nice way – very sloppy design. Our kids deserve more for this price!

Christmas gift for 6 year old
Such a cute and fun gift! Instructions were so-so but it was quick, easy and so much fun to paint. My daughter has 2 loose teeth now which we have been waiting on so she was able to decorate this for the "tooth fairy" and she looks forward to using them.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT
I thought this project was just a painting craft, but you actually have to make the little tooth containers & then paint it. The plaster is soooo hard to deal with. We can’t complete this project!!
