At the recommended 2 easy to swallow capsules per day this black plastic sealed screw topped pack contains a 2 month supply of 120 capsules. Each pair of capsules offers 1000mg of vitamin C and 50mg of citrus bioflavonoids which should help with vitamin C absorption..The Best Before date on the pack I received was okay - but not too lengthy at 13th January 2023. I use a wide range of supplements and they tend to have rather longer expiry dates so I've deducted one star for this. Vegan friendly, the product is also non-GMO and produced to GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice - standards in Poland.In my view given the potency and the inclusion of citrus bioflavonoids, this is a well priced and decent quality high strength vitamin C supplement that would be worth considering if this is what you're looking for.

I like to use body union supplements because they are clearly marked as being vegan if this is the case. They take care to use vegetarian capsule shells and clearly mark on the packaging that it is vegan. In fact the quality of the supplement is very impressive and justifies a price that could be heading towards premium. You get 120 fairly easy to swallow capsules. The daily recommended serving us 2 so this container will last you two month. The expiry date is just under a year from the time of ordering so a reasonable amount of time to use these. Overall I am really happy with this brand and this supplement, the dosage is decent at 1000mg and it has certainly one to consider especially if you are vegan.

These supplements give a reasonable dose of vitamin C although I'm not sure why it can't be put into one tablet. There are 120 tablets although only 60 days worth.The price is reasonable - I have bought cheaper and more expensive, this is somewhere in between.No nasty ingredients and claims to be vegan.The pot is the correct size for this number of tablets with only a small amount of space - I am always pleased when there is no packaging wastage.
