time will tell how well this ultimately sticks but reading online seems to indicate it does. would have preferred an actual piece of solid teak but could find the size required for the vintage speaker top i was repairing. the original was veneered anyway. applied to mdf and it was a pretty easy job. have not veneered anything for quite a while. as another post noted cutting across the grain is more difficult so i skipped the trimmer and just used a new utility blade. looks to have worked well. price seemed fair and it was packaged carefully ad safely which is appreciated.

Wonderful item. I covered a small plywood cabinet that I made. It now looks like a fine piece of furniture. What I particularly like is that the glue backing is not so sticky that you can’t reposition it to get a perfect fit. Also, you can cut it into small stripes and it holds just as well as the larger pieces. Takes oil finish well. Over-all excellent product.

This worked out better than expected and was very easy to use. Excellent quality. Our table looked like new.GREAT, High quality product!
