Can someone tell me the recipe from nordic ware for these snowflake cakelettes?  I don't have the packaging with the recipe. Thanks.

Yes, I have a recipe I got from the Nordic website.  Don't know if I can paste it here but I can try:Wintery Snowflake CakeletsPrep Time: 0:15     Bake Time: 0:20     Yields: 6-8 servingsIngredients*	Cakelets:*	2 large eggs*	1 cup all-purpose flour*	1/2 teaspoon baking soda*	1 teaspoon cinnamon*	1 teaspoon ground ginger*	1/4 teaspoon salt*	1/2 cup butter, softened*	1/3 cup granulated sugar*	1/3 cup packed powdered sugar*	1/2 cup milk*	1 teaspoon vanilla extract*	Glaze (optional):*	1 cup powdered sugar*	2 tablespoons milk*	food coloring, if desiredThis recipe was made with:Frozen Snowflake Cakelet PanPrep & InstructionsCakelets:Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour, or spray cakelet pan. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, spices, and salt. Set aside.In a separate bowl, beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until light and creamy. Add sugars and blend thoroughly. Add eggs one at a time and mix thoroughly.Add the bowl with flour mixture slowly, alternating with milk. Add vanilla and blend without over-mixing.Pour batter evenly into cake pan wells, 3/4 full. Has anyone used the snowflake cakelet pan with Ghirardelli's brownie mix? If so, how long did you bake them? Any other advice?

I have.  You really have to grease pan well.  I painted with Wilton cake release and they came out fine.  I can’t remember baking time.  Will have to be trial and error the first time,

Would the nordic ware frozen snowflake cakelet pan work for making scones? thank you!

You could use scone batter in them. The details might not be great since the texture of a scone is airier than a cake. I have done a shortbread in them and it worked nicely.
