Handle with care
I was so excited to get it. It’s a shame that the sound messes up if you don’t handle it like a fragile piece of glass. Can’t recommend this product!

Bought multiple times and always disappointed
The sound quality on this is garbage. It looks super cute, but there are no ways to plug in external speakers to improve the quality and it’s just a pretty waste of space.

Looks amazing
I got this as a gift for my dad who has some old vintage vinyls and should really be playing them. Can't wait to hear Prince again.

Instant return.
I had purchased the record player with only reading the reviews on Amazon, trusting its positive reviews. Upon receiving this and setting it up exactly as the instructions said to, I set my record down and hoped. My record almost instantly starts skipping and wobbling extremely. I've had experience with other peoples record players and have never had a single issue before. Upon looking up the solution to this problem it seemed the problem is Crosley simply builds very cheap, fragile, and destructive record players (or at least the more portable ones). All the sites said to stay away from Crosley at any price point, talking to people in person they had said their more stationary players are a little better but not as good as some other brands for around the same price point. The real shame here is it was a beautiful record player, I went in with very high hopes that it would at least function if it didn't sound good but hearing from most sources that it had problems not worth attempting to fix that make it a very cheap sounding Bluetooth speaker made me hit the return button fast as possible.

So disappointed
My daughter received a Crosby record player several years ago and it was amazing - decent sound, nice set up. So I was expecting the same. Well, that did not happen. The sound was thin so I tried to add some bass - the 'pitch control' switch only reduced the speed of the turntable - that only distorted the sound. there is not way to adjust the tone besides increasing or decreasing the speed. The look of the player is nice and well made. Returned after one playing one record.
