I received the product days ago. I love the design and the sound quality. The only problem was one of them came broken. However the seller sent me a message before I could contact him telling me that probably one on them could be broken because of a bad worker job and, well yes, I was part of that =)I contacted with customer service and less than a day the problem was solved. They cannot send a replacement to my address, which I understand, I live in Puerto Rico, but I will receive a complete refund.Too bad the product was broken but the quality is still wonderful. No waste of money definitely.Thanks

These speakers sound great. I had difficulty getting them to sync together but finally figured it out. Less than a year old and one is already fried and I have another one that is crackling. Only use a handful of times.

UPDATE!!I was contacted quickly by the manufacturer who replaced my speakers within the week. They are now up and playing again with no problems. Thanks for the great customer service! In less than a year, 1 speaker stopped working while the other is still fine. The speaker won't charge, the flame light stopped flickering and the now the speaker won't play. I'll continue to use the other one, but it defeats the purpose of getting 2 and linking them together for a stereo outside. The sound quality is good but you may want to shop elsewhere for outdoor stereo speakers.

My sister purchased these and I loved them so decided to order my own. When my order arrived, the speakers were separated/broken at the seam where the speaker meets the lantern. I submitted it to Amazon and a new box was delivered the next day. Both of those speakers were broken in the same spot.I verified with my sister on the speakers I purchased. They are the same model. They look exactly the same except hers came in 2 separate boxes and mine came in one. I looked online and mine came from a different seller than hers. I'm returning mine and purchasing a set from the same seller she used hoping that will fix the problem.Having used hers, I will tell you that the sound is great. It's not loud like a stereo speaker but they were easy to pair and sound amazing together. We used 2 to watch a movie in the backyard.

These are great. They have e light modes; flame, solid bottom with top flicker, and then solid color. They are orange colored lights. The sound quality is clear and they link together easily. The battery life is incredible! I'm a cigar smoke and enjoy a nighttime smoke on my porch. I use them a few hours each night, mounts outside on the poles provided in the speaker kit. I usually only need to charge them once every two to three weeks. They survive the rain and wind. Recently one of mine, out of 4, stopped working. When I called the company, they were very polite. They texted and emailed me after the call and sent me a replacement light. I highly recommend these over other outside speakers I've tried. Also, the orange flame light, at night, attracts mosquitoes and keeps them away from us.

I really like these speakers. They sound good for their size. The Bluetooth is easy to pair (I have four of them). The flame LED offers a nice lighting source. Only issue I had was the speakers coming unsynched everytine I got a phone call. Really easy fix by going into bluetooth settings of phone and unchecking "phone call" box for the torch light. Unfortunately one of the speakers suffered a career ending injury from a 4' fall. All the king's horses and all the king's men couldn't put torch light back together again. I now only have three and hope to replace the broken one soon. I will not be using the 90 degree mount that came with it. I believe it's what caused the fall being in the sun all day. Unsure, but came home to find it this way with half the mount attached to speaker, and half the mount still attached to deck post. I asked my dog " did you do that?" and he didn't appear guilty so I'm sticking with the theory the plastic mount couldn't take the heat.

I purchased these speakers due to the reviews and they do not disappoint!Now, I am a bit of a snob when it comes to good quality sound. So just know, these are not Bose quality sound. HOWEVER, you are not paying for that either!I wanted some clear sound that would add some nice background music for my backyard get togethers and gardening. These speakers we're made just for that!They are clear and crisp, with 360 degree projection from each speaker. Lets be real, no one wants to shout over the music at a BBQ, right? So these are loud enough to hear over the talk, while socializing, without drowning conversations.The tiki lights are really nice. They blend into the garden and give you 3 settings for lots of ambient lighting.The hardest issue Ihad was getting my 2 speakers to sync up. But I'm pretty lame with technology, so can't blame that on the mfg, lol!I downloaded a trouble-shoot manual that laid out the directions much easier.So I'm giving these a big fat 5 star rating and will be purchasing another set. I'm considering these as family gifts, as well.These are a great value for the joy I'll recieve having my music surround me while gardening and at parties.🙂

UPDATE: Not sure what I did but my 3rd device finally turned on after pressing every button a bunch of times. After watching a YouTube video I figured out how to get them to sync. They’re a little tricky, the surround sound is nice once you get them to sync…they did unsync once and I had to resync them. The concept is nice as long as they continue to work.First they wouldn’t sync, then I charged all 3, got 2 to sync and one won’t turn on at all…not worth the $$. I am pretty techy with a lot of patience and I’m done with them.
