We bought this product for a Christmas present — we have taken our child out to skate maybe 3-4 times since we gave him the skates (he’s had them for a little over a week?) and the stopper already fell off one skate and he can’t break. These skates are made for children and they aren’t inexpensive. They should be durable. Our expectation was that these would last for a while. They barely lasted a week.

This review is strictly on the awful smell the skates came with. I don’t know if they work, however, they do look pretty cool. It’s a Birthday gift for my son who’s birthday isn’t until mid October, so until then, I’m doing everything I can to air these things out. It seriously smells like they were stored in a smoke filled room and sat there until they were ready to be shipped. I don’t understand how they can smell so bad!!! I took the skates out of the box and bag, that both stunk, and will be leaving them outside and I also washed the bag and am currently air drying it outside. My washing machine now smells like smoke 🤦🏻‍♀️ so now I’m cleaning that with vinegar. These skates better be worth all this frustration!

The poor little guy who received these skates found that the clasp on one skate was inoperable, would not close properly. This is a safety issue for which the seller must perform better quality control. We will not engage in the exchange / refund process but will try to get it fixed here locally.

My review is about the the bag the roller skates came in as it was damaged, the zipper was broken as you can see in the picture. Also it had very bad smell like cigarettes or something it was unbearable. Had to return it because it was supposed to be a gift for son’s birthday, but can’t give him this as a gift in these conditions.
